Easy Crockpot Garlic Bacon Ranch Pork Loin

1 Pork Loin ( 5 to 6 pounds)

1 Jar of pepperoncini peppers (aka banana peppers)

1 Stick of Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of liquid from the pepperoncini

Line crockpot with plastic liner for easy clean up.  Place pork loin in the crockpot. Pour water and pepperoncini juice over roast.  Add one package of garlic bacon ranch dip mix on top of pork loin.  Add one stick of butter on top and place 8 pepperonicini peppers on top of roast.  Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.  Roast will be nice and tender and serve with baked or mashed potatoes.

Enjoy.

Asiago & Garlic Shrimp Pasta

When you need a quick and good dinner we got your covered.

1 to 2 pounds of cooked shrimp

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 box of spaghetti noodles

1/4 cup of olive oil

Cook pasta according to directions, In a large saute pan over medium heat, heat olive oil, add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes or until done.  Add in one package of Asiago & Garlic dip mix to shrimp, stir well and if need add additional olive oil to coat. Serive over pasta.  Feel free to add cherry tomatoes or even spinach for an added twist.

This dinner is always a hit.

Zesty Parmesan Chicken Tenders

1 package of Zesty Parmesan gourmet dip mis

1 package of chicken tenders

Place zesty parmesan dip mix into a plastic bag.  Put chicken in bag and toss until well coated with dip mix. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with Pam.  Place chicken on pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 until golden brown.  Serve with a salad or favorite side.

NOTE:  I also suggest trying this with a package of Bleu Buffalo dip mix on the chicken tenders.  It's brings me back to my  hometown Buffalo, New York (Go Bills)

Happy Cooking!
